Shipping only to Canadian addresses.
Shipping via Canada Post only.
We grow and package all our orders. We double check to make sure you are getting what you ordered. If you have a question about your order you can contact us via the contact form here.
- All seed orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of when the order is placed year round.
- All seed orders are sent regular post with no tracking.
Bulbs and Roots
- Daylilies are shipped in May and June.
- Lily bulbs are shipped in late September into early October.
- All lily bulb and daylily orders are sent Expediated with tracking.
- You will be notified when they ship.
- We accept returns on seed, simply send unopened packages “return to sender” or if package is open, mail back with regular post.
Lily Bulbs and Daylilies
- If you need to return daylilies or lily bulbs with the understanding that they are perishable, we must be contacted within 48 hours of the receipt of the package.
- As we charge less than the actual cost to ship, you will not be refunded original actual cost of shipping for your lily bulbs or daylilies that was above the free shipping or flat rate shipping. Example: Customer paid $18.00 shipping and the actual shipping for Lilyfield Farm was $28.00. $10.00 will be removed from the refund.

Can I Return Seeds?
Can I Return Lily Bulbs or Daylilies?
If you want to return lily bulbs or daylilies you need to let us know within 48 hours of receiving them because they are perishable. Keep them refridgerated and mail them back. If they are returned in original condition you will be refunded. If they are not returned in original condition no refunds will be issued. All returns must be mailed within 3 business day of us approving the return.
Can I Get A Return Shipping Label?
The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns. Please read descriptions before ordering.
How Much Will I be Refunded?
You will be refunded for the items returned less the actual cost of the original shipping that was not charged to you, ie free or a flat rate shipping.
I Didn’t Get My Package, What Do I Do?

Check your tracking if it shows delivered contact your post office. They should be able to help you find it. If you suspect it was stolen contact your post office. Let us know how it is being resolved.
If your package wasn’t delivered and your package doesn’t show that it was delivered let us know.
