Fresh Canvas is just that, ready for a picture to be painted. Set in your garden, you can use a palette of colours and textures to create a scene that is a feast for the eyes. I can imagine Fresh Canvas paired with yellow lilies, lime daylilies, dark green foliage plants and waving in the breeze white gaura. If it is a calming white night garden you are looking for, Fresh Canvas will be cohesive with true white flowers like white nicotiana, roses and petunias. Finally Fresh Canvas planted near a dark red lily like Sungod, or Spring Lake would be a striking contrast.
Fresh Canvas has perfectly recurved spotless white flower petals radiating from a lime throat. The colour on the backs of the sepals warms those petals to some extent. This was a favourite of garden visitors last year. It is such a pristine, hopeful flower. I hope you enjoy it.
